Want to show off your dog to the world, too and help us build the largest flat-faced photo collection on the Internet. Nothing is easier. Just send us your cutest and funniest dog photos and we take care of the rest !
Please note that we can not always publish all incoming photos. Sometimes this is because the photo is too small or blurred. Also, photos that fit a specific category stand a better chance of being published first. However, we keep all photos in our data-base and we always create new galleries where we also publish photos we received some time ago. Please also note that your photo may be altered for the purposes of proper publication on FunnyFlatFaces.com.
If your photo is chosen for publication, we will make an effort to notify you via email. As publication is not always immediate, make sure you use an email that will remain valid over time ! In the meantime, check back regularly to see our selected photos!
Please read the following submission guidelines. They contain a few tips on how to make sure that your dog's photo will be selected and posted in the shortest time possible.
1. Always mention your dog's breed or breed mix in the subject line. Incoming emails are automatically sorted in different folders according to the keywords in the subject line.
2. Always mention your dog's name (and if possible, your full name) in the body of the message.
3. Make sure that the photo that you are submitting is your original work and does not infringe on anyone else's rights.
If your pet's photo was taken by a professional photographer please mention the photographer's name and make sure that you are the owner of the photos or that you have the photographer's permission to submit the photos. Please do not send photos taken from the Internet, books, postcards, calendars or magazines.
Please note that due to the huge number of photos we receive, we can not possibly post all of them. Only the cutest and funniest ones are selected. All photos are viewed and stored, though, so it is not necessary to resend the same photo twice. However you are welcome to send as many different photos as you like. Also, it is not because you do not see your dog's photo published immediately that this means it will not be selected for inclusion. The photo galleries are updated at regular intervals and all selected photos are safely stored in the mean-time.
